Adversity often breeds innovation and emblematic of this spirit is a unique collaboration with famed agave based cocktail bar Coa. As bars face shutdown and people spend evenings social distancing at home, the duo is releasing a canned run of Coa’s signature La Paloma de Oaxaca.
Created with the same high-quality spirits used at the bar featuring Arquitecto Tequila and Alipus Mezcal, we combined it with a homemade grapefruit soda. Each 330ml can of the cocktail makes the equivalent of two servings. The drink will come with a sachet of worm salt on the side for you to complete Coa’s Paloma experience at home, optionally with a garnish of fresh grapefruit peel from the local market. We know that this too shall pass. In the mean-time, this bright and citrusy drink might just be that bit of fleeting upliftment could all do with.
